Building off the foundation of Knife Skills, we’ll explore one of Elle’s most utilized books - a feast for the eyes, The Grammar of Spice by Caz Hilderbrand is not only a beautiful book to pour over for inspiration but as nerdy as it comes. In this class we’ll explore Middle Eastern flavors and create a traditional Mezze Inspired meal with spices you’ll be able to find in the anticipated Outer Isles shop. We’ll pair the dinner with low intervention natural wines and you’ll receive a copy of the book to take home!
