CURATED CATERING.
It all starts with a “Vibe Check” — a quick 20 minute intake call for us to understand what we’re celebrating and your overall goals. We do not and don’t anticipate that we will ever have a one-size-fits-all menu with pricing for you to pick off of. Each event is unique to it’s venue, vibe, and guests. We love Grazing Tables and Tasting Menus. But we can also create whatever you love, too.

INTENTIONAL BEVERAGES.
The perfect foil for any meal is exceptional beverages to cheers with your near and dear. H COLE brings two unique offerings, simple beverage service on a bar you provide or we can roll up in Sidecar, The Rolling Bar to elevate any event. We serve Natural Wines, Local Beers and Hand Crafted Cocktails from small batch, boutique producers - thoughtfully curated to create joy.

PARTY PROVISIONING.
Arguably, a party is greater than the sum of food + beverage. We can support your vision with design services, vendor management such as tent + rental companies, mobile restrooms, music and a/v, florals, tablescaping and all the little moments that will make your event magic. We have a wonderful team of resourceful and creative humans that can take on as much or little as you like.

LOBSTER BAKES.
We are crazy for our LOCO Cooker. Our old faithful to steam a traditional New England Lobster Bake. We source our bugs straight from the sea off the F/V Kestrel. Perfectly paired with Sweet Summer Corn, Little Potatoes, Littleneck Clams + Sausages. Served with Drawn Butter for you to Enjoy with your Hands. We can come to you or you can come to the beach.

We can tailor your pre-arrival snacks, stock your favorite libations, orchestrate a family BBQ or Lobster Bake and even get you on a working Fishing Vessel snacking on Cold Fried Chicken. You crave the wave, we bring the Delicious Vibes so you can relax, by the Sea Shore.

BOUGIE BEACH PICNICS.
Escape from the people and be called to the sea. Our beach picnics include 3 hours of a transportive experience giving you a taste of place on the South Shore of Massachusetts. No need to brave the bridges to Cape Cod, we can pop up in Cohassett, Scituate, Marshfield and Duxbury. We offer two packages: Traditional Picnic or Lobster Bake. Whichever you choose, magic is sure to ensue.

We have fostered relationships in our community to curate a selection of venues in order to shape shift your party goals to the space that will allow for the best possible experience for you and your guests. Don’t know where to start? Our Process is Simple: We hop on a call, get to know each other, and understand your overall goals for gathering. We then dream up a delicious experience for your guests and send you a customized proposal. It all lives in one portal to sign the contract, submit the deposit and reconcile the final invoice.
Our 2026 Food + Beverage Minimum is $1500, we require 2 (Two) Members of the H COLE Crew at each hosted event billed out in 8 hour minimums, or $600 each per event. There is a 7% MA Meals Tax and an 8% H COLE Admin Fee added to every invoice. Therefore a base event for H COLE to curate and provide the food, beverage + service experience for your gathering is starts at $3,029.40. This number obviously changes based on the overall vibe, menu offering, venue, size of group, celebration, time of year etc etc
2026 DISCLAIMER ON PRICING AND PROCESS:
Given that we are currently actively engaged in war, are still feeling the repercussions of tariffs, and are unable to predict the fuel + food markets, we will be adopting a Date Deposit Model of business moving forward. What does this even mean? We’ll still provide a sample menu and be able to ballpark what the event would cost with last years historical data, that will set the price of the deposit to secure your date. Based on your budget and market prices, we’ll revisit the menu offerings three to four weeks out from your event. While we know that this will limit who we might be able to work with this year, we are just not in the practice of price gouging our clients on hypotheticals and aren’t in a position to quote to financially be out of pocket. All of our menus will still speak to the season, be thoughtful created with intention and care, they’re just going to have to be flexible and lingering about until closer to the occasion.
