Fresh herbs can elevate any dish into a memory.  In this class, we’ll pour over Caz Hilderbrand’s book Herbarium as a little teaser of what’s to come on the Outer Isles Farm translated into our store.  We’ll talk about growing herbs, flavor combinations, storing and drying herbs and make some of our most celebrated surprising combinations - locally harvested lobster rolls with tarragon, green butter that can be frozen and lathered on literally anything (in this case, steak + potatoes) and how to incorporate herbs into sweet applications.  You’ll get to take home a copy of Herbarium and get stoked for the Outer Isles vibes.  We’ll pair this meal with Natural Party Wines + Local Beers.
