We were first introduced to Kaylee + Kevin of McGuire’s Mushrooms like everyone else, on the gram. Once we started frequenting their farmers markets and chatting with their team in person, it was a perfect pairing to support their hyper local and sustainably grown small business. A relationship cultivated over the past year and half, we’ve created the Vegan Mushroom “Poke” Bowl and adorned our Green Crab Ramen with their King Trumpets + Golden Enokis. We’re not saying Kevin is a fun guy, but he was a welcome addition to our year end vendor celebration lobster bake in Humarock this past September - the site of Kaylee’s first lobster consumption!

This dinner is slated to be pure magic. An epicurean tour around the world highlighting the ‘shroom from Hingham, presented in a tasting menu format in the well appointed Daniel Webster Estate in Marshfield.

We have three beverage pairing options:

Botanical Drinkable: Mocktail or Cocktail

Olmstead Wines: Natural Wines

New and exciting for us: The Daniel Webster Estate has a full working kitchen (like we’ve outgrown the mop closets, party people) - and as such we can offer a slight variation on the menu to accommodate some allergies / dietary restrictions. Gluten / Allium Free!! This menu truly is a representation of how we like to eat, bright bold flavors, international influences, and pescatarian. This menu is not a great option for anyone with severe seafood allergies.
